Implementing a project with an already complex engineering layout and a “smart home” system — without existing technical documentation or as-built plans
Apartment in Riga’s quiet center / Completed in 2024
Task
To implement a project with complex existing engineering and a smart home system, without execution schemes or documentation. The client came with a ready design project, and we had to resolve technical challenges and achieve perfect realization.
Result
This case shows how a thoughtful approach allows the successful execution of even the most complex projects. We handled the full cycle: adjustments, clarifications, material selection, designer supervision. Special attention was paid to integrating engineering systems (ventilation, electrical, automation) without disrupting architectural composition.
The attic defined the spatial rhythm and filled the interior with soft daylight. Brass, walnut, and graphic accents create a warm yet contemporary feel. The work demanded precision, strong management, and constant communication with the client.
Key solutions: Non-standard architecture • Engineering integration • Natural light • Mix of classic and contemporary

How does the work on a project begin?
We start with a consultation: we discuss the task, the client’s lifestyle, budget, and preferred style. After that, we create a moodboard, technical brief, and plan the stages.
Do you work with an existing design project?
Yes. We can join at any stage: from audit to implementation and designer supervision, preserving the idea and ensuring precision.
Can I order only project management?
Yes. We handle process organization, timeline and budget control, contractor and supplier coordination — everything for the client’s peace of mind.
How long does implementation take?
The timeline depends on scope, complexity, and your preferences. But we guarantee that we meet the deadlines set after the consultation.
