To preserve the spirit of an Art Nouveau building and translate its aesthetics into a modern interior.
Apartment in HOFT (House of the Flying Trees) / Completed in 2022
Task
To preserve the spirit of a historic Art Nouveau house and translate its aesthetics into a modern interior. The goal was to combine classic elements with 21st-century comfort while keeping unique historical details.
Result
History and individuality blend here: handcrafted stucco based on designer sketches pairs with contemporary lighting and bold colors. The emerald kitchen becomes the apartment’s visual center, while textured walls and graphic doors add depth. Warm wood, bronze accents, and soft light create the feeling of a home with history — where each detail reflects craftsmanship and respect for the past.
This project became one of our best collaborations with a designer. We’re proud of it as an example of teamwork and attentive execution.
Key solutions: Historical context • Preserved architectural elements • Handcrafted stucco • Contrasting textures and tones • Custom details in furniture and décor
