Task
To create a contemporary interior with architectural purity and technical precision. The apartment was initially intended as a countryside residence, but during the process it evolved into a full-time family home.

Result
The project’s main idea is clean design and calm elegance. We chose a monochrome palette to emphasize architecture and texture interplay: soft textiles, matte stone, light wood. Light lines and sculptural furniture add dynamism and create the home’s “intelligent energy.”

The light base of oak parquet and minimal walls is enriched with metal, glass, and warm stone accents. In the kitchen-living area, the focus is on lighting architecture: sculptural pendants and illuminated vitrines create a soft glow and emphasize rhythm.

For the kitchen, executed by another contractor, the Benark team fully adapted the wall geometry, ensuring precise joints and preserved ceiling height. This approach maintained visual lightness despite high technical complexity.

Key solutions: Natural tones and textures • Ergonomics and durability • Control at every stage • Flexible collaboration with contractors

“This interior is a story about calmness and structure. The 224 m² allowed us to open up the space without overloading it. The idea was to create an atmosphere of air and natural light, where every meter contributes to comfort. It’s important for us that the client feels the interior not just as beautiful, but as something that lives with them — adapting to rhythm, inspiring. This project shows how minimalism can be not cold, but warm and deeply emotional.”
