Harmony of Architecture and Nature: an apartment in HOFT
To realize an interior in one of Riga’s most remarkable buildings — a project where historical architecture meets modern volumes and floating gardens.

Interior Design: Zane Tetere-Sulce (OAD)
Task
To implement an interior in one of Riga’s most unique buildings — where historic architecture meets contemporary volumes and floating gardens. We needed to unite two apartments while preserving natural light, open views, and architectural character.
Result
The interior revolves around panoramic windows that open to captivating façades and fill the space with the natural rhythm of the city.
We paid special attention to furnishing: furniture and appliances were selected from leading European brands, while a custom-made console with hand engraving echoes the silhouette of the building opposite — a tribute to detail.
The project required coordinated teamwork. Benark’s experience ensured the balance between aesthetics and engineering, delivering a flawless result.
Key solutions: Working with historical context • Uniting two apartments • Premium furnishing • Custom furniture • Precise work with proportions and light

Start
How does the work on a project begin?
We start with a consultation: we discuss the task, the client’s lifestyle, budget, and preferred style. After that, we create a moodboard, technical brief, and plan the stages.
Stages
Do you work with an existing design project?
Yes. We can join at any stage: from audit to implementation and designer supervision, preserving the idea and ensuring precision.
Management
Can I order only project management?
Yes. We handle process organization, timeline and budget control, contractor and supplier coordination — everything for the client’s peace of mind.
Timeline
How long does implementation take?
The timeline depends on scope, complexity, and your preferences. But we guarantee that we meet the deadlines set after the consultation.
